A few days ago, I came across a very useful script on GitHub that allows you to easily register your Windows 10 computer with Microsoft for advanced security updates, even if you only have a local user account.
The fact that this can’t be what Microsoft had in mind is evident from the fact that the GitHub repository is already offline again. Fortunately, others and I downloaded the repository and are now making it available here as a mirror:
